In 2007, Laura-Jeanne received her certificate in Conflict Resolution from Mount Royal University in both Mediation and Negotiation. She continues to be involved with the Conflict Resolution Program; assisting in the classroom as a coach at MRU. As well, she has adapted her skills and helps individuals with her unique style of Conflict Coaching.
